How do I exchange or request a refund?
You can easily exchange and return items. Please follow our return guide. Please use the same package in which your item was delivered when you return the item to us.

When can I expect my refund to appear on my bank statement?
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, your PayPal account or if you prefer as a store credit. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items. Late returns may be accepted at the discretion of BARONS. However, they can only be refunded as a store credit. If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. We are unfortunately not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

We currently ship to
Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands and UK. Read more here ➝
When do I receive my shirts?
Germany/Netherlands/Belgium/UK: Customers should expect delivery times of 2-6 business days depending on their country of residency. We ship with GLS Express Private Parcel which means your parcel will normally arrive within a few days to your home residence.
Sweden: Customers residing in most parts of Sweden can expect delivery within 1-2 business days. Items are shipped from our warehouse at 13:00 on weekdays. We ship to Sweden with PostNord MyPack.
Denmark: Customers residing in Denmark can expect delivery within 1-2 business days. Items are shipped from our warehouse at 13:00 on weekdays. We offer various shipping methods to Denmark.

Do you have any physical retail stores?
Nope. Currently we do not have any physical stores. We have chosen to focus on our online presence rather than on physical retails stores.
Can I drop by your office and try a shirt?
You are however welcome to drop by and try our shirts (by appointment only). Our company HQ is located at BARONS (Latron ApS), Toldbodgade 49B, 1253 Copenhagen K, Denmark

SIZING / BODY FIT
I am not sure about my size - what to do?
Please visit our size guide here ➝ or write en e-mail to our customer support at customer@barons.dk. Please add as much information as possible. Normally you weight (kg), height (cm), age (age) and body type will make it easier for us to guide you to the right size.
How does your sizing resemble other major shirt brands?
Generally our sizes are most similar to other Scandinavian shirtmakers such as Eton (Slim/Contemporary) and Stenströms (Slim fit/Fitted body). So if you already know you size in one of these brands, you should go with that size. For other brands please send us an email or refer to our size guide page, where we compare our sizing with major shirt brands.
My sleeves are too long. Do you offer adjustable sleeve lengths?
We offer regular and extra long sleeve models. If your sleeves are too long we suggest to bring it to a local tailor, who can easily adjust the sleeve length. The more shirts you bring, the better the price will be.
Extra long sleeves and body
We offer our bestsellers The Consultant and The CEO with extra long sleeve and body length both in Slim and Contemporary fit. We have added +3 cm to the regular sleeve and body length.
What's the difference between the body fits?
Slim Fit: Our Slim fit body fit is trim and tailored fit, which will work perfectly for men with a slim or slim/regular body type. Very athletic or muscular men should avoid it, as it will run too tight across the chest.
Contemporary Fit: Our Contemporary fit body fit has a bit more room across the chest and waist and a slightly bigger armhole. This is the body fit for the gentleman, who prefer a bit more comfort.

Is it possible to have a visit from BARONS at my workplace?
Please contact us customer@barons.dk with more information regarding your place of work. Normally we require a minimum of a few hundred male employees at a specified workplace.

Do you plan to add more styles?
Currently we are focusing on extending our current assortment with more color options, body fits and sizing options. We are however constantly monitoring and developing the assortment to make sure we offer the right shirts in an extremely efficient and simplified manner. Do you plan to add more sizes and body fits?
Yes, we are continuously evaluating range extensions and will introduce them on a running basis. Therefore please sign up to our newsletter to stay fully updated on new styles and sizes.
Do you offer shirts with french cuffs?
Please also note that our regular Single Cuff is flexible, which means that the buttons can be removed and the cuff can then be used with cufflinks.
Do you use mother-of-pearl buttons? My Italian friend tells me it's more fancy
We have chosen not to use mother-of-pearl (MOP) buttons. This is mainly due to lower durability and reduced button strength of MOP, which does not live up to our general quality requirements. We have seen a lot of people frustrated with broken mother-of-pearl buttons. Making the button thicker to compromise will only make buttoning more difficult.
Do you offer shirts for women?
Sorry, we do not and have no plans to add this in the near future.

Why don't you like removable collar stays?
We have chosen to exclusively use sewn-in collar stays because we want to make life easy for corporate warriors. Removable collar stays means, you have to remove and store each pair for every wash. That's 20 times for everytime you wash your weekly five shirts. Oh, and it does not make the collar better by the way.
